Venus.Cycle
An art project centered on the Venus of Lespugue. Fragmented into eight viewpoints, the figure is reinterpreted through a series of tattoos worn by various participants. Images of these fragments are then assembled into an animation that recreates the sculpture’s rotation.
The project envisions the Venus as a distributed body rather than a fixed form—an ancient image that endures only through its circulation among contemporary bodies. Bridging archaeology, performance, and moving image, *Venus Cycle* explores collective memory as a process of constant recomposition.
